Ping's Fabric seeks to fill the vacant position of Assistant Store Manager at our Montego Bay branch.
The Incumbent should fit the following profile:
Main Functions:
Assist with and overseas, administrative and management duties on a day-to-day basis within the Store. Ensure goals, targets and objectives given for location are achieved or surpassed. Ensure excellent customer service is maintained by all employees.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with manager to ensure customers' needs are met
- Assist with the preparation of rosters for employees
- Establish rapport with potential and actual customers
- Assist with sales promotion, display plans, esthetics of store
- Compliance of legal requirements
- Contributes to team efforts
- Assist with lodgements
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Disciplined, honest, reliable, results driven
- Ability to effectively communicate (internally and externally)
- Customer focused and has a passion for sales
- Understands the importance of establishing business relationship
- Staffing knowledge, ability to supervise, train and mentor staff
- Ability to relate to management, staff, clients, outside correspondences professionally
