Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and implement a sustainable staffing strategy to meet the company's needs.
- Investigate staffing requirements and take proactive actions to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Identify hard-to-fill roles and implement strategies to address staffing challenges.
- Assist in screening and interviewing candidates to ensure a high-quality workforce.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Evaluate the performance of new staff and provide feedback as necessary.
- Design and plan work shift schedules to optimize staffing levels and meet client needs.
- Provide assistance with payroll procedures and activities as needed.
- Identify and recruit caregivers to join our team.
- Prepare and present caregiver reports to management.
- Create and submit reports for upper management to track staffing and client service metrics.
- Manage client bookings for medical care services, including written submissions and inquiries via phone or electronic mediums.
- Maintain accurate records of client bookings and prioritize them based on urgency and client needs.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on the status of their bookings and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Welcome clients and provide information about our services, rates, and payment options.
- Assist new clients in navigating our agency's facilities and services, including medical equipment.
- Retrieve and organize medical records upon request from medical practitioners and ensure confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Attend agency meetings and provide relevant information and records as needed.
- Collaborate with medical practitioners to schedule service times for clients and ensure timely delivery of care.
- Utilize scheduling software to create standardized time allocation systems and streamline the scheduling process.
- Assist with payroll procedures and activities related to client services.
- Identify and recruit caregivers to meet client staffing needs.
- Prepare and present reports on client service metrics and caregiver staffing to upper management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in healthcare staffing coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
