Dynamic, motivated special education specialists who are committed to making a difference in a child's life are wanted to assess and address learning loss and other social and emotional issues affecting basic school students.
Successful applicants must have:
- Genuine passion for educating children (three (3) to five (5) years old) and implementing the daily curriculum
- Commitment to developing a positive relationship with each student and identifying which students need individual attention
- Ability to create and maintain a professional, fun-loving, consistent environment for the children
- Ability to develop individualized education programmes (IEPs) for each student
- Ability to conduct assessment of student learning styles and use results to plan for instructional activities
- Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood required
- Masters of Education or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years proven experience with special needs children or in a relevant role
- Passion and creativity are essential
- Updated police record required
