 We are seeking a friendly and organized receptionist to manage our front desk, handle phone calls and emails, and provide excellent customer service to our clients and visitors. 

RECEPTIONIST 

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors, and provide a welcoming atmosphere
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails
• Schedule appointments maintain accurate records and databases
• Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
