PosttoPost Betting Limited T/A Anybet is seeking suitable candidates to fill the position of Customer Service Representative within the Kingston and St. Andrew region. The ideal candidate should possess strong oral and written communication skills.

Job Objectives

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times
  • Collects cash and writes bets per customer request
  • Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions as well as give information about other products and services
  • Display excellent customer service skills
  • Maintaining and balancing cash tills and reconciling discrepancies
Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma with minimum of five (5) CSEC passes (Mathematics/Accounts and English Language are requirements)
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Computer literacy which includes Microsoft Office
  • Pleasing personality and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Organized and detail oriented to efficiently and accurately deal with customers in a fast paced environment
