Job Objectives
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Collects cash and writes bets per customer request
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions as well as give information about other products and services
- Display excellent customer service skills
- Maintaining and balancing cash tills and reconciling discrepancies
- High school diploma with minimum of five (5) CSEC passes (Mathematics/Accounts and English Language are requirements)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Computer literacy which includes Microsoft Office
- Pleasing personality and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Organized and detail oriented to efficiently and accurately deal with customers in a fast paced environment
