RECEPTIONIST
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors, and provide a welcoming atmosphere
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails
- Schedule appointments maintain accurate records and databases
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy
