- Assist with patient retention in care through missed appointment logs and strict appointment follow ups.
- Prepares all relevant reports as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- Exercise professional judgment in making decisions.
- Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families.
- Schedule and administer at least two workshop sessions monthly accumulating to three hours on Personal Development, Hygiene and Sex Education.
- Communicate appropriately and effectively with students, parents, administrators and other school personnel
- Assures quality of care by adhering to standards; measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and following nursing division's philosophies and standards of care set by the Nursing Council of Jamaica and other governing agency regulations.
- Resolves patient problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies as well as Initiate referrals to the appropriate persons for intervention, remediation and follow-through.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Valid nursing license
- Minimum of 2 years’ nursing experience, preferably in a Health Care Facility.
