Position: Registered Nurse

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a private hospital located in the scenic Negril area. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care in a modern healthcare environment, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established hospital policies and guidelines.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical histories.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing assistants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient needs are met.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, recovery plans, and preventive healthcare.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to hospital protocols.
Requirements:
- Must be a Registered Nurse licensed to practice in Jamaica.
- A minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to work effectively under pressure.
