Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities include:

Live-in on weekends. 

Age range required: Between 35 to 45 years old.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

NUTRITION ASSESSMENT

A Systematic process of collecting, verifying, and interpreting data in to make decisions about the nature and cause of nutrition-related problems.
  • Identify patients needing nutrition care through attendance on ward rounds and referrals.
  • Collect anthropometric and biochemical measures, clinical and dietary data.
  • Collect and analyze information and behavioral status.
  • Review dietary intake for factor that affects health conditions and nutrition risks.

ROLES AND FUNCTIONS OF JOB:
  • Develop, implement, co-ordinate and manage a clinical pharmacy programme.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Doctorate in Pharmacy Degree

  • In-depth and current knowledge on drugs, medical procedures and therapies, diagnosis and disease states as well as pharmacokinetics.
  • Knowledge of norms and standards related to the Ministry of Health and Wellness Drug Policy eg. VEN List and Dangerous Drugs.
  • Knowledge of World Health Organization’s good manufacturing practices.
  • Excellent decision making time management and supervisory skills.
  • Display good leadership qualities and maintenance of professional standards.
