Successful candidate will be required to provide the following services:
- Gardening and soil cultivation
- Pool and general maintenance
- Handling basic repairs, painting and maintenance
- Caring for pool and beach furniture on a daily basis
- Provide needed assistance to other staff, workmen and visitors
- Always courteous; able to work as part of a team or individually
