The broad scope of the job:
The person in this position will consistently perform assigned tasks in an efficient and timely and timely manner and provide prompt, reliable and courteous service to internal and external customers.
Other duties are:
- Providing hot beverage service each morning
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the pantry assigned
- Serve clients/meetings on the assigned floor as required
- Dispatching mail from the Mail Room to the relevant departments and maintaining the relevant statistics of internal deliveries made
Requirements:
- Literacy
- Numeracy
- Minimum of one (1) years experience in a similar position
- Ability to communicate effectively, especially orally
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Honest, helpful, meticulous, courteous, co-operative, flexible
