A dynamic medical laboratory seeks experienced candidates from St. Ann to fill the following position:
Phlebotomist
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Phlebotomist who has a successful track record of:
- Obtaining blood specimen
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment
- Accessioning
- Verifying specimens and specimen requirements and skills in using laboratory information system
Qualifications:
- Completion of approved phlebotomy training course or equivalent
- Minimum one (1) year of experience as a patient service technician/phlebotomist
- Must have the ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Fast, accurate keyboard (typing) skills would be an asset
