Live-in Buttleress

Requirements:

• Meet and welcome guests to the Villa
• Make all reservations for meals
• Attend to guests needs 
• Organize and serve special occasion meals
• Unpack guest luggage when requested
• Serve coffee to guests 
• Provide entertainment and interacting with guest
• Serve beverages to guest and keep bar area clean
• Check off and replenish beverage items
• Perform any other reasonable request

Live-in Chef

Requirements:

• Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
• Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
• Estimate food requirements and food costs
• Supervise and monitor all kitchen activities
• Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
• Rectify arising problems or complaints
• Give prepared plates the "final touch"
• Perform administrative duties
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Perform any other reasonable request
