Live-in Buttleress
Requirements:
- Meet and welcome guests to the Villa
- Make all reservations for meals
- Attend to guests needs
- Organize and serve special occasion meals
- Unpack guest luggage when requested
- Serve coffee to guests
- Provide entertainment and interacting with guest
- Serve beverages to guest and keep bar area clean
- Check off and replenish beverage items
- Perform any other reasonable request
Live-in Chef
Requirements:
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
- Estimate food requirements and food costs
- Supervise and monitor all kitchen activities
- Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
- Rectify arising problems or complaints
- Give prepared plates the "final touch"
- Perform administrative duties
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Perform any other reasonable request
