Radiographer

Job Summary

This position is responsible for taking diagnostic images of patients, as part of the process of determining injuries or diagnosis, and to ensure that quality patient care is delivered at all times to include but not limited to:

Qualifications:
  • Diploma/degree in Radiology
  • At least two (2) years experience in the field
  • Must be registered with the Council for Professions Supplementary to Medicine
  • Training in sonography an asset

Client Relations Representative

This position is responsible for processing and billing all clients with requests for imaging services ensuring that they receive the "Best Customer Service Experience" by meeting and exceeding their expectations.

Qualifications:
  • Degree/diploma in Finance, Marketing, Public Relations or equivalent
  • At least two (2) years in a similar capacity working in an imaging department
  • Experience in customer service
  • Experience in insurance claims processing
  • Strong knowledge of computer applications
  • Knowledge of risk management
  • Medical background an asset
  • Accounts receivables an asset
