The 12A Victoria Bed and Breakfast offers an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic persons to join our team. Come share with us an exciting journey. 

The successful applicant is responsible for ensuring that assigned rooms are fully stocked, cleaned and serviced to a high standard. He or she  should also be able to resolve guest complaints and queries promptly and in a polite manner. 

Primary duties include:

  • Ensuring our guest rooms are clean, comfortable and well supplied 
  • Clean the general areas
  • Prepare food and beverages for the guests
Requirements:
  • Handling all guest concerns efficiently, tactfully and courteously
  • Monitoring linen to ensure that highest quality standards maintained
  • Assisting the General Manager in inventory management
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to operate small machines e.g. washing machine, dryer, etc
  • Ability to focus on detail and quality 
  • Ability to analyse and resolve problems exercising good judgement
  • Ability to prepare food and beverage is an asset
Qualifications:
  • Ability to read and write 
  • Housekeeping or hospitality experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid food handler's permit is an advantage
