Job Type: Live-in job
Job Description:
- Mowing, watering and fertilizing lawns
- Planting, trimming, mulching and fertilizing plants
- Cleaning and minor painting
- Keeping areas clean and free from leaves, trash, litter, debris and weeds
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment and materials
- Performing other duties as required
Requirements:
- Two plus (2+) years of work experience in a similar position
- Proficient knowledge of maintaining lawns, fields and grounds
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Proficient with operating groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, whackers and leaf blowers
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit, strong, agile and dexterous
- High level of integrity
