Practical Nurse needed (Full Time)

Our Nurse must give world-class service to potential patients in-office and over the phone in order to convert each interaction into a future patient.

- Ensures consistency in terns of productivity
- Appropriately and accurately escalates patient problems
- Demonstrates a great commitment to patient care
- Assumes accountability for patient follow-up to ensure their needs and expectations are met and promises are maintained
- Ensures consistency in terms of productivity and quality
- Any additional responsibilities that may be assigned

- Exhibits a High level of dedication to patient care
Competence in Patient Interaction:
- A friendly and optimistic demeanour
- Demonstrates a willingness to assist
- Empathy with patients
- Ability to establish appropriate expectation and to communicate information in a positive and articulate manner
- Effective management of upset patients
