Receptionist/Telephone Operator (St. Catherine, Jamaica)

 

A company in St. Catherine seeks to recruit a Receptionist/Telephone Operator. 

The successful candidate will be required to:

• Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and respectful manner
• Receive, announce and schedule clients' visits efficiently
• Ensure reception and front office areas are organized
• Keep detailed, accurate records of client requests and calls received
• Maintain and update the office's filing system

Qualifications:

• High School diploma
• Basic Math, English and computer skills
• Must be computer literate and social media savvy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience preferred but not required
