A company in St. Catherine seeks to recruit a Receptionist/Telephone Operator.
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and respectful manner
- Receive, announce and schedule clients' visits efficiently
- Ensure reception and front office areas are organized
- Keep detailed, accurate records of client requests and calls received
- Maintain and update the office's filing system
Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- Basic Math, English and computer skills
- Must be computer literate and social media savvy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience preferred but not required
