- Be a qualified Registered Nurse, registered with the Nursing Council of Jamaica
- Possess excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- Possess a nursing licence
- Be creative, pro-active, self motivated with the ability to plan and organize weekly, monthly and termly, health related activities
