Domestic Cook/Housekeeper (Chaguanas, Trinidad & Tobago)

 Our client is seeking a Domestic Cook /Housekeeper.

Personal Qualities:

• Should be between the ages of 35 and 50 years
• Must be polite in mannerism and neat in appearance
• Must be in good health
• Must be able to treat job experiences with strict confidentiality
• Must be punctual, reliable and have a good work ethic.
• Must be able to have flexible work hours.
• Must be experienced in childcare, domestic work (washing, vacuuming, ironing etc)
• Should be very organized in order to be able to meet deadlines for daily meals and household tasks
• Should be able to cultivate a professional relationship with other members of staff of the household

Cooking

Individual must have experience cooking a variety of meals, particularly typical local dishes. Meal preparation is key. As such, said individual must be able to plan meals ahead, inclusive of going to grocery for needed items in order to efficiently execute meals and other household tasks in timely manner.

Salary: $5,500.00 per month (The final salary will be dependent on the proven abilities of the candidate).

Work days and work hours: 7am to 3pm Mondays to Saturdays, must be able to work on Sundays if and when needed.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proof of abilities e.g. academic certificates and / or recommendations from previous employers
• Must be fully vaccinated – or in the process of doing so, with proof of vaccination card

Background:

• Police Certificate of Good Character (A receipt for this certificate will suffice)
• Colour scan of Identification Card,
• Passport or Drivers’ Permit
• Colour scan of a recent passport photo
• Reference from previous employer will be an asset
