We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our company. The incumbent directs and controls all housekeeping operations and the staff of the housekeeping department. The executive housekeeper coordinates between housekeeping crews in order to inspect assigned areas and to ensure standards are maintained.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Hospitality and Tourism Management or any other related field
- Minimum experience of four (4) to five (5) years as an executive housekeeper in a 5-star luxury hotel with over 500 rooms
- Knowledge in personal management, customer service, office management and complaints management
- Training in management and/or supervisory skills
- Computer literate
