Live-in Nanny (St. Catherine, Jamaica)

A live-in nanny is needed in the Innswood area of Spanish Town, St. Catherine.

Duties:

The nanny will perform the following duties:

• Monitor and care for the children including but not limited to: feeding, changing, bathing, etc
• Washing and ironing
• Cooking meals for family
• Cleaning of household areas and maintaining toddler's items such as keeping toys, etc clean
• Execution of educational activities such as reading, development activities, homework assistance, etc

Work week: Monday to Friday

Core Competencies:

We are seeking a caring and honest individual with good communication and time management skills to integrate with our family and aid with our routines. The ability to do house care and to cook are required for this job as well as the ability to read and write (At least a high school education is required).

First-aid training would be an asset.

Qualifications, Training & Experience:

• Age range: 35 to 45 years old
• Prior work experience with child care (three plus (3+) years is ideal)
• Provision of a reference is an asset
• At least high school education
• Over 3 years experience in a similar role
