Job Description:

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Facility Manager, the Caregiver will play a critical role in the day-to-day development of the children's social, intellectual, physical, and spiritual growth. The Caregiver will be responsible for for working with children across the developmental span from 6 - 17 years.

Position Responsibilities:

• Ensure a safe and sanitary environment
• Maintain a positive and supportive relationship with other Caregivers and work as a team to provide consistency and structure for residents
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation about shift and residents

Position Requirements:

• Childcare certification or high school diploma with one (1) to two (2) years of experience working in childcare environment
• Demonstrate the ability to work with children of various ages and backgrounds
• Communication skills - verbal and written
