Nursing Supervisors (Kingston, Jamaica)

 A private hospital located in the corporate area urgently requires the services of two (2) qualified Nursing Supervisors. Retired nurses are welcome to apply.

Qualifications and Experience required: 

  • Registered Nurse and/or Registered Midwife with the Nursing Council of Jamaica
  • Training in Nursing Administration
  • At least three (3) years experience at the supervisory level
Specific Skills or Competencies required:
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Good report writing skills
  • Proactive and assertive
  • Excellent interpersonal, team and supervisory skills
  • Ability to analyse/diagnose medical emergencies and to respond appropriately
