We seek a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse to provide nursing care and support to various patients. The chosen candidate must be an excellent multi-tasker, work well in a multi-disciplinary team, and show compassion in their work.
Nurse Duties & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patient's needs and meet their care requirements
- Operating and monitoring medical equipment
- Assisting in medical procedures as needed
- Assisting Radiographers
- Help with IV lines for patient care
- Perform routine diagnostic checks (check blood pressure and temperature, administer medications, etc)
- Collaborate with team to provide comprehensive care
- Help create a psychologically nurturing environment by establishing rapport with patients and treating them with kindness and compassion
- Document patient's needs, irregularities, and all care provided according to company's protocol on time
Skills Required:
- Previous RN work experience
- Registered Nurse License
- Multi-tasking skill and flexibility
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be willing to deal with difficult people in high-stress situations
- Kind and compassionate
- Works well in a team
Special Requirements:
- Must be willing to work flexible hours such as night shifts and/or weekends
