Registered Nurse (Spanish Town, St. Catherine) - Oasis Health Care Limited

 We seek a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse to provide nursing care and support to various patients. The chosen candidate must be an excellent multi-tasker, work well in a multi-disciplinary team, and show compassion in their work.

Nurse Duties & Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient's needs and meet their care requirements
• Operating and monitoring medical equipment
• Assisting in medical procedures as needed
• Assisting Radiographers
• Help with IV lines for patient care
• Perform routine diagnostic checks (check blood pressure and temperature, administer medications, etc)
• Collaborate with team to provide comprehensive care
• Help create a psychologically nurturing environment by establishing rapport with patients and treating them with kindness and compassion
• Document patient's needs, irregularities, and all care provided according to company's protocol on time

Skills Required:

• Previous RN work experience
• Registered Nurse License
• Multi-tasking skill and flexibility
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be willing to deal with difficult people in high-stress situations
• Kind and compassionate
• Works well in a team

Special Requirements:

• Must be willing to work flexible hours such as night shifts and/or weekends
