 China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd. is seeking to recruit a suitable candidate for the position of Apartment Helper.

Description

Perform a variety of domestic task to ensure the general cleanliness of all apartments.

Responsibilities & duties include but are not limited to:

• Ensure the apartments are kept clean and organised
• Keep on top of laundry and ironing
• Report any faults that may arise
• Oversee the work of tradesmen who perform repair and maintenance work
• Cleaning of bedrooms, dining rooms, bathrooms and kitchen
• Inventory keeping of cleaning items
• Preparing list of cleaning items to be purchased
• Assisting the chef in the kitchen

Requirements:

• Over five (5) years working experience in similar capacity
• HEART Trust NTA Housekeeping course or related discipline
• Energetic and ambitious
• Excellent time management
• Keen attention to details
• Must demonstrate high levels of integrity and trustworthiness
• Ability to spot what needs to be done
• Must reside in Kingston & St. Andrew region
