Office Attendant (Trelawny, Jamaica) - ValuDrug Pharmacy

The Office Attendant is responsible for performing cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, mats/ rugs, washing walls, windows and glass, dusting furniture, stands equipment, removing rubbish and ensuring kitchens, lunch areas and bathrooms are in hygienic conditions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform general cleaning of office, kitchen, lunch area and bathrooms on a daily basis.
• Execute non-routine cleaning as required.
• Remove garbage from office space, kitchen, lunch area and bathroom at the end of each work day.
• Handle emergency cleaning and maintenance requests are instructed.
• Set up for meetings and seminars as requested.
• Responsible for monitoring cleaning and kitchen supplies in accordance with allowances.

PERFORMANCE CRITERIA

• Your performance will be assessed by the degree of success achieved in meeting the objectives outlined above and demonstrating or executing the following to include:
• Maintain a hygienic and clean office, kitchen and bathroom on a daily basis
• Execute non-routine instructions within the scope of the role as requested.
