CHEF REQUIRED FOR SMALL BUT ACTIVE FAMILY.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Expertise with preparing local & international dishes for all occasions
- Menu planning for small family
- Create shopping lists & arrange purchase of grocery supplies as required
- Maintain the kitchen area & equipment especially concerning sanitation & functionality
- Assist team members as required
- Available holidays & longer hours to attend to the family’s needs
- Any other duties assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Certification in Tourism & Hospitality, Commercial Food Preparation or similar qualification
- A minimum of three (3) years experience as a chef
- Comprehensive knowledge of food preparation, baking techniques menu planning
- Current police record & food handlers permit
