RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Expertise with preparing local & international dishes for all occasions
  • Menu planning for small family
  • Create shopping lists & arrange purchase of grocery supplies as required
  • Maintain the kitchen area & equipment especially concerning sanitation & functionality
  • Assist team members as required
  • Available holidays & longer hours to attend to the family’s needs
  • Any other duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma or Certification in Tourism & Hospitality, Commercial Food Preparation or similar qualification
  • A minimum of three (3) years experience as a chef
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food preparation, baking techniques menu planning
  • Current police record & food handlers permit
