Job Description:

Job Purpose
Under the general direction of the Manager, Administration and Office Services Section, the Office Attendant is responsible for providing support service by cleaning, dusting and maintaining the office, office furniture and its environs.

Key Responsibilities
• Cleans office (sweep, mopped) floor
• Wash and sanitize bathrooms
• Disposes waste from bins
• Serve refreshments or water to participants at meetings and conferences
• Delivers mail, memos, correspondence files and newspapers
• Photocopies documents
• Cleans and sanitized furniture and fixtures
• Replenishing supplies in bathrooms


Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
• Knowledge of the operations of Government/Knowledge of the Commission’s policies and procedures
• Basic communication skills
• Strong customer relation skills

Minimum Required Qualifications and Experiences
• Completed Secondary School Education.
Special Conditions Associated with the Job
• Frequent exposure to dust.
• Might be required on occasions to work on weekends.

REMUNERATION PACKAGE:
• $512,720 - $580,112 per annum and any allowance(s) attached to the post.
