The
Billing Clerk is responsible for preparing accurate data entry for patient charges and providing support to the billing process. The Billing Clerk also provides support to the delivery of customer service excellence within the Wing for internal band external customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Entering charges for clinical and non-clinical services provided to patients
- Preparing interim bills
- Preparing monthly statistical reports
- Any other duties consistent with the nature of the job
Qualifications and Experience:
This position requires the following minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) CXC subjects including English Language and a quantitative subject such as Principles of Accounts, Mathematics or Principles of Business
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite applications
