UHWI Private Wing, Tony Thwaites Wing, is seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and personable candidate to fill the full-time position of Concierge Officer. The Concierge Officer will be responsible for coordinating the customer service and concierge needs of patients and their family members, doctors and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating concierge services for local and international patients and their family members
- Acting as a central point of contact for Admitting Consultants and coordinating concierge needs
- Acting as a liaison between the administrative and nursing staff regarding customer service needs of patients and families
- Addressing the customer service needs of patients and family members, doctors and visitors

Minimum Required Education & Experience:
- A minimum of two (2) years working experience as a customer service provider in a similar environment e.g. hospital/health care services, hospitality industry, health insurance provider
- Associate degree in Marketing, Business or Healthcare Administration
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Certified training or NVQ/CVQ equivalent in customer service would be preferred
