The University of the West Indies' Private Wing (Tony Thwaites Wing) is inviting applications to fill the positions of Registered General Nurses, Operating Theatre Registered Nurses and Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Nurses.
Our hospital is a 51-bed medical and surgical facility affiliated with the University Hospital of the West Indies and facilities the provision of world class private healthcare to local, regional and other international patients.

Essential Criteria:
- Current registration with the Nursing Council of Jamaica
- At least two (2) years experience in the area of specialty
- Demonstrated interpersonal and written communication skills
- Current BLS, EKG and ACLS certification (where applicable)
- Able to work 12 hours shifts, weekends, holidays
Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Nurse Requirements:
- Trained in Endoscopy or have experience working in an Endoscopy Suite
- Ability to recognize and articulate general complications associated with sedation
- Proficient in using endoscopy equipment
