Occupational Therapist (HPC/OT 3) - St. James Health Department

Under the supervision of Medical Officer (Heath), the Occupational Therapist is responsible for planning, organizing and conducting an occupational therapy programme to facilitate the rehabilitation of mentally, emotionally or physically handicapped patients.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • B.Sc. in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution 
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience in a similar capacity

Speech Therapist (HPC/AL 2)

Under the general supervision of the Psychologist, the Speech Therapist is responsible for planning, organizing and conducting speech therapy programmes to develop speech and language skills to facilitate personal, social, and intellectual development of patients.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Master's degree in Speech Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology 
  • Relevant License and Certification
  • Experience with certain disorders and age groups would be an asset
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience in a similar capacity
