Requirements:
MUST have a NVQ-J Level 2/3 Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education and the following skills:
- Excellent age-appropriate communication
- Active listening
- Self-control and patience
- Time management
- Compassion
- Decision-making skills
- Physical stamina and perseverance
- Good sense of humor and ability to entertain
- Confidentiality
- Familiarity with nutritional and hygiene needs of children
