Chef for a private residence in Kingston, Jamaica

A chef is required for  small but active family in Kingston, Jamaica.

Duties:

• Prepare a wide variety of local and international dishes, cakes, desserts and bread
• Create and renew menus and entertaining plans
• Estimate food requirements and prepare a shopping list
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen
• Strong knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards

Requirements:

• Certification in culinary arts
• Three (3) years experience as a chef
• In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation, baking techniques and nutrition
• Updated police record
• Must be able to work flexible hours
