A chef is required for small but active family in Kingston, Jamaica.
Duties:
- Prepare a wide variety of local and international dishes, cakes, desserts and bread
- Create and renew menus and entertaining plans
- Estimate food requirements and prepare a shopping list
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen
- Strong knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards
Requirements:
- Certification in culinary arts
- Three (3) years experience as a chef
- In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation, baking techniques and nutrition
- Updated police record
- Must be able to work flexible hours
