Sonographer (Mandeville, Manchester, Jamaica) - Central Imaging Company Limited

 

The Central Imaging Company Limited requires a suitably qualified person for the position of Sonographer. 

Key Responsibilities:

• To perform diagnostic ultrasound in an accurate and efficient manner
• To explain ultrasound procedures to patients so they feel comfortable with the experience
• To maintain and control all ultrasound equipment 

Qualifications and Skills:

• Certification in Diagnostic Sonography
• Should be able to work independently, but also as a part of a healthcare team 
• Must be sensitive and understanding  towards patients during procedures 
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform well under pressure is an asset
