The Enterprise by IR on behalf of Mystic Mountain is seeking to hire a Head Nurse to join their team.

The role of the Head Nurse delivers high-quality medical care and ensures the safety and well-being of our guests and staff.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• First Aid & Medical Care: Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical care to guests and staff. Assess and manage acute medical conditions and injuries. Coordinate evacuation or further medical treatment when necessary.
• Incident Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all medical incidents in accordance with established protocols. Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation of medical records. Ensure compliance with local health regulations and standards and relevant ASTM F24 practices.
• Medical Supplies & Equipment: Manage and maintain medical supplies and equipment. Ensure the nursing station and remote stations are well-stocked and prepared for emergencies.
• Health & Safety Awareness: Conduct regular health and safety briefings for staff. Participate in developing and updating emergency response plans. Collaborate with other departments to promote a safe environment for all guests.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with another nurse, sharing responsibilities and ensuring cohesive patient care. Liaise with management and other departments regarding health and safety matters.
• First Aid Training: To ensure that all staff members at Mystic Mountain are equipped with essential first aid skills to respond promptly and effectively to health emergencies and accidents, enhancing the overall safety and well-being of guests and staff.
• Guest Relations: Ensure that the firs aid treatment given to guests adhere to the highest levels of customer service.

Minimum Qualifications – Education & Experience:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license in Jamaica.
• Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience, with proficiency in emergency and first aid care.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
