All candidates must also meet the following requirements:

• A love for little people
• Two impeccable references (lawyer, medical doctor, JP, Pastor)
• Good spoken and written English
• Be legally permitted to work in Jamaica
• Have recent childcare experience (A minimum of two (2) years)
• High school graduate or enrolled in college
• Five (5) CXC subjects 
• CPR and First Aid Certified or willing to get certified before hire

The following documents are required:

• Food Handlers' permit
• Clean police record
• Valid drivers' license (optional)
