The Industrial Nurse is responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of employees within the Company by providing immediate medical attention in case of injuries or illnesses, conducting health assessments, and promoting a safe work environment.

Required Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
  • Additional certification and experience in occupational health or relevant fields are advantageous
  • Proven experience as an occupational or industrial nurse is preferred 
  • Sound knowledge of emergency medical procedures and protocols
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high pressure situations
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and respond to medical emergencies outside of regular working hours
