Primary Care Physician (Bermuda)
On behalf of our client, a private medical practice in Bermuda, we are seeking a Primary Care Physician who is board certified in family medicine.
Job Duties
- Assume quality of care for all patients
- Adheres to the highest standards of medical practice, ethics, and professionalism at all times
- Assist the Medical Director in establishing medical policies, quality improvement procedures, evaluating current practices, policies and procedures
- Recommend changes in all clinical areas, and/or in general areas to improve the patient flow, medical records, billing practices, and appointment practices
- Assist the Medical Director in designing, implementing and evaluating educational programs for patients and clinical staff
- Responsible for the directing and supervising the clinical staff, as appropriate
- Maintain an affiliation with professional groups, medical associations, and medical organizations
- Other duties as required by the Medical Director
Qualifications, Educations and Experience:
- Graduate from an accredited medical school
- Professional clinical experience in specific area of practice, family medicine with special interest in functional or integrative medicine, or dermatology, minor surgical skills a must
- Must be Board certification in Family Medicine
- Interest in being a part of a dynamic and efficient health care practice in a community health center setting highly desirable
- Authoritative knowledge of the Principles of practice, principles of general management and specifically in personnel management and techniques in running a medical practice in a community health center are highly desirable
