Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for the position of Hospital Attendant - (Housekeeping) HSC/HS 1.
The Trelawny Health Services (a Statutory Body under the Ministry of Health and Wellness) requires Hospital Attendants (Housekeeping) (HSC/HS 1) for the Falmouth Public General Hospital (Field Hospital).
Responsibilities
- Sweep, wipe and polish floors daily
- Clean staff and patient restrooms daily
- General dusting of furniture's and equipments
- Cobweb, wipe wall and clean windows
- Collect linen from the laundry, check and deliver same to wards on a daily basis
- Ensure that general cleanliness of the institution is maintained
Qualifications
- Certification in Housekeeping
- Minimum two (2) years experience in similar capacity
Requirements
- Proactive work attitude and good interpersonal relations skills
- The ability to work on own initiative
- Good mental health
