Operations Supervisor (Kingston, Jamaica) - Crichton Insurance Agency

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Good knowledge of General Insurance Underwriting
  • Be able to visit branches monthly
  • Be able to do staff training and insurance underwriting audits
  • A minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of Claims an asset
  • Be able to create insurance packaging for the public

Qualifications:

  • Completion of CIPS 
  • Certification in Claims, Motor, Liability and Property Insurance an asset
  • Minimum of five (5) years experience in the general insurance field
Emoluments include annual salary of $1.68 million plus monthly commission on reaching targets, medical, life insurance and uniform.
