Job Purpose
- To maintain a clean and tidy office environment
- To provide refreshments and related services for staff, customers and other visitors to the Agency
Key Responsibilities and duties:
- Prepares and serves meals/refreshments at specified times to staff, visitors and at meetings
- Clean and disinfect office equipment
- Clean bathrooms and replenishes articles such as toilet paper, soaps, etc
- Clean, sweep, wipe and polish floors
- Dust windows, doors, ledges, tables and desks
- Wash and sanitize kitchen appliances and utensils, and ensure the area is always kept clean
Special Conditions associated with the job:
- Will be exposed to cleaning agents and chemicals
Minimum Requirements:
- Ability to read and write well (Secondary School Leaving Certificate)
- A valid food handler's permit
Required Experience:
- Prior experience in a similar position would be an asset
Salary: $857,012 - $1,152,632 per annum
